In applications where you need a reliable hold on threads that may be adjusted but you don’t want to reapply/clean threadlockers with each disassembly and reassembly,Brownells Shock/Vibration Resistant Thread Coating is your answer.This threadlocker is a proprietary blend of thermoplastic elastomer resins that remain flexbile and adsorb vibration.The formulation allows the threadlocker to dampen vibration making it an adjustable, removable and reusable with just one proper application.

Available in two convenient sizes;a 10 ml (.34 oz bottle) for repeated use and 1.8ml one time use pillow pack.Shock/Vibration Resistant Thread Coating should be used when a more permanent hold isn’t required, such as; MRDS screws, scope ring screws, sight apertures, quick detach mounts and more.

Instructions for Use:

Parts must be clean, dry and free from oil or grease.Mix thoroughly before applying.Brownells Shock/Vibration Resistant Thread Coating should be applied with a standard coating length of 1.5 times the diameter of the part to achieve a 30-50% thread fill.Allow 30 minutes drying time after application before assembling.

Curing Time and Performance:

Fixture Time: 2- 5 minutes @ 72° F / 22° C

Full Cure Time: 30 minutes @ 72° F / 22° C

Reusability: Up to 5 Times
